RMIT's student life ecosystem was scattered across spreadsheets, Facebook groups, and outdated systems. Clubs couldn't manage memberships properly, events had no central discovery platform, and the university had no visibility into student engagement.
We built a unified student life platform. Club management with membership tracking, committee tools, and funding applications. An events marketplace where students discover what's happening on campus. Real-time analytics dashboards for the university to understand engagement patterns.
Over 200 clubs now manage their operations through the platform. Student event attendance is tracked and measurable for the first time. The university uses the analytics to inform funding decisions and campus planning. The platform has become essential infrastructure.
